Dreams, we all have them. Now I’m not talking about the random things that go through your mind when you sleep, but a goal, a view of what you want your life to be in the future. One of the most famous speeches in history was about a dream.  Dr. King’s speech has been used and referred to numerous times since he gave it in the 60’s. Do you have a dream? My grandpa tells me “it’s the dreamers that get ahead” and “If your dreams don’t scare you, you aren’t dreaming big enough”, he also says “a man without a dream is dead inside”, without a dream what is there to live for?

There is wisdom in that. When things are going well, its easy to lose track of where you are going, likewise when things aren’t going well its easy to give up if we don’t have a reason to fight through whatever you are facing.

Lately my dreams have been rekindled, it’s amazing that an opportunity is all you need to get back on track. I think of all the things I want in life, and I think about what I need to do to make it happen. There is a lot of work, time and toughness required to achieve all I want to, but that’s half the fun.
