Lately I've caught myself thinking, what's next? Where do I go from here, how long do I stay here before I move on and where to I move on to? Do I try to work up the chain here or do I strike out on my own? Should I be looking to go back to school or switch industries? Should I move to Hawaii for a year? 

It is said having options is good, but having too many options can be worse than having no options. Moving forward can be a scary prospect, leaving a job without already having a job can be scarier. In order to grow you must move on in one form another, high school to college, college to a job, position to position, job to job, these are all ways we move on out of our comfort zone which allows us to grow. Choosing the time to make these changes is paramount to the success of your decision.

These are a few things I need to figure out in the coming months, its not going to be easy, but it will be a growing experience for me. There is no guarantee that it will be fun, but I think where ever it takes me will be for the best and in the end it will be a richer experience. Figuring your life out isn't easy, but its worth it.
